Sofia Buttarazzi

Brand Marketing and Commercial Strategist

The plugin CMO and brand strategist

Sofia is a “hands on” CMO and Small business strategist. Previously Commercial Brand Director, and founding team, at teapigs, she now helps scale small, product-led, start ups and scale ups.

Having taken teapigs from 4-people-in-a-room to a team of 40 and a much-loved brand as the Commercial Brand Director, Sofia has seen teams through a whole host of small business challenges from building IKEA desks to getting into supermarkets without spending all your money on media. She’s now using that experience to help grow other product-led businesses as a part-time/interim CMO or consultant.

She works as the founders’ right hand person, developing strategy and working hands-on with teams to turn the strategy into actionable, measurable plans. She’ll re-energise teams, get everyone pulling together in one direction and provide a framework they can run with.

Sofia comes from a BIG Italian family with different personalities and volume levels, she loves bringing people together in life and business and will slot into any team with ease.
