At The Doers were pretty big fans of dogs (have you seen our 404 page?!) So when dog loving start-up The Rosewoof - London's luxury private members club for dogs - asked us to help them create their brand identity and marketing strategy we jumped at the chance!

The Brief:

Oscar, Founder of The Rosewoof, came to us with an idea, huge amounts of insight and experience and a lot of enthusiasm to bring a luxury private members club for dogs to London. What he needed was the messaging, brand and initial marketing plan to help bring potential investors on board. The brief was super luxury with a dash of humour to help bring his vision to life.

What we did:

Bespoke ‘Start me up’ marketing session

  • After getting to know the business plan in more detail we ran a bespoke marketing strategy session for The Rosewoof which delivered:

    • Audience and competitor analysis - desktop research into competitors and the sector. Audience pen portraits created to inform branding, messaging and marketing strategy.

    • Branding - logo, font selections, colour palette and brand guidelines.

    • Brand messaging - creation of messaging framework and website copy.

    • Marketing strategy - creation of a marketing strategy including SEO and content strategy, social media strategy, PR, brand partnerships, email marketing, PPC and paid social, influencer marketing, launch and creative ideas.

    • Squarespace website - build-out of a simple website using the branding and messaging we created with email sign-up form built-out to capture interest to prove the demand for the concept.

    • Email marketing - set-up MailChimp and designed and wrote an email marketing series to capture any interest in the service.

    • Investor deck - made edits to the investor deck and distilled the marketing strategy into two slides for inclusion.

Results:

  • New website live with branding and messaging in place.

  • Email marketing in action capturing sign-ups and whetting the appetite of those interested in the service.

  • Improved investor deck which has led to a significant business partner with a wealth of experience in the sector coming onboard and location opportunities to run the service opening up across London.

Doers working on The Rosewoof:

  • Jess

  • Laura

  • Ben Hayes

  • Matt Batterham

  • Allie Smith

Working with The Doers was seamless. As someone who was new to marketing, their advice and strategy was incredibly valuable. They helped us get the first iteration of our site live and I’d highly recommend them.
