Historically dealing with high volume recruitment in fast paced environments, a move into the freelancer world has given Emma the opportunity to continue working in a field she enjoys while achieving the work/life balance she and her tiny dog crave.

Emma comes from a solid corporate background, working in HR and recruitment for a number of years within large multinational companies. Her experience includes managing HR systems, delivering induction programs, running graduate assessment centres, direct sourcing candidates, recruitment agency relationship management, interviewing, benefits administration and providing employee relations support.
